Neutralizing anti-TGF-β 2 antibodies do not inhibit basal collagen contraction activity of control or disease FPCL cultures. Disease and control FPCL cultures were incubated in the absence or presence of the indicated concentrations of neutralizing anti-TGF-β2 antibodies. Measurements of the contracting FPCL were plotted as the mean surface area ± SDM for quadruplicate cultures per treatment.
