Data sources and selection. From January 2015 to December 2020, a total of 1,110 patients completed surgery. A total of 331 patients were included in the study through screening by inclusion and exclusion criteria. A total of 166 patients with ISP completed a CT review 1 year after surgery. Then the review results of these 166 patients were studied, of which 104 patients had a reduced or healed cavity and 94 had an enlarged cavity or adjacent tissue damage
